OSWEGO, NY – Two Charles E. Riley Elementary School students had their artistic work displayed at the NYSATA 24th Annual Legislative Student Art Exhibit in Albany.
Lilly Boyzuck and Sophia Babcock are joined in front of their award winning art work by CER art teacher Rebecca Woods and CER Principal Dr. Linda Doty.
