Oswego, NY – Bill Reilly, owner of river’s end bookstore in Oswego, presented representatives from Literacy Volunteers of Oswego County with four gift certificates to be awarded as part of the prizes for the winning team of the seventh annual Diane Falise Memorial LVOC Scrabble Fest to be held Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Oswego Elks Lodge, 132 W. Fifth St.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m., welcome is at 6:15 p.m., and play begins promptly at 6:30 p.m.
