OSWEGO, NY – On Thursday, Aug. 21, Glenn Graham professor of economics at the State University College at Oswego discussed the economic impact of global warming with the Oswego Sunrise Rotary.

The Oswego Sunrise Rotary meets each Thursday at 6:30 a.m. at the Oswego Tea Company.
