Rotarian James Paterson, left, introduces Central New York State Parks Regional Director Robert Hiltbrand, right, at a recent Fulton Rotary Club’s luncheon meeting at the Tavern on the Lock Restaurant.  Mr. Hiltbrand gave the Rotarians an update on the projects to improve the state parks in Central New York.  Many of our Central New York state parks were constructed by the Civilian Conservations Corps in the 1930’s and after nearly 80 years of heavy use, the infrastructure needs to be rebuilt.  The Fulton Rotary Club meets each Thursday at noon.  Anyone interested in learning more about Rotary International membership can call 592-4486.
