Rotarians Hear About Power of Attorney

OSWEGO – Tim Fennell, managing partner at the local firm of Amdursky, Pelky, Fennell and Wallen, was a recent guest at Oswego Rotary where he presented a program on Power of Attorney, the different types of Power of Attorney and the answers to why you should have a Power of Attorney.

Fennell specializes in both civil and criminal law, with emphasis on litigation, trusts and estates, matrimonial law and real estate.

He’ll be presenting another program for club where he’ll speak on wills and estates.
