Rotarians Hear About Tobacco Issues

OSWEGO, NY – Joseph Wicks was a recent guest at Oswego Rotary.

He discussed efforts by the Bureau of Tobacco Control to encourage private business owners to draft policy regarding smoking on or near their business.

Wicks, a financial planner, has worked for the New York State Department of Health and most recently for Integrated Community Planning where he covers Onondaga, Cayuga and Oswego counties combating health issues such as tobacco cessation.
