Fulton School District Business Manager, Kathy Nichols, left, recently spoke at a Fulton Rotary Club meeting about the vote on EXCEL school building aid. EXCEL aid is state monies given for projects for improvements to school buildings, at no cost to the local taxpayers. The vote will take place on Wednesday, December 9th. Introducing Ms. Nichols was Rotary Club president, Jerry Seguin.
