FULTON, NY – At a recent Fulton Sunrise Rotary meeting, Rotarian Carol Vescio introduced Scott Rose, who is associated with Sound Junction along with Tim Rose.
Scott spoke of their desire to bring back the Community Costume Parade Halloween party.
He shared how it used to be and his very enthusiastic vision for a similar event this October.
Plans are under way to make this event happen for our area children.
The Fulton Sunrise Rotary meets every Friday at 7 a.m. at Fulton’s Riverside Inn.
