FULTON – At a recent Sunrise Rotary meeting, Rotarian Linda Eagan introduced members of the Fulton Block Builders Team.
They all gave overviews of their individual participation and of the philosophy behind FBB, which is a neighborhood revitalization program that helps both home owners and property owners recover part of the cost of their property improvement.
Applications are required and several local businesses offer discounts to participants.
Only in its second year, the program has proven to be very successful.
