FULTON – Rotary Membership Chairman Dave Cramer and secretary Judy Young welcomed new member Margaret Barclay, development coordinator for Oswego County Opportunities.
Rotarians follow the motto “service above self” and work toward the betterment of their community, both locally and internationally.
The Fulton Rotary Club meets at noon Thursdays at the Tavern on the Lock.
