Route 11 in the village of Pulaski, which had been closed for the past eight days for an urgently needed culvert replacement project, was re-opened to traffic today (Sept. 12) at 2:15 pm, as scheduled.
There will be some additional work taking place at the site next week but it will not involve any lane restrictions.
