OSWEGO, NY – On Jan. 3, a ceremony was held at Lake City F&AM Lodge in Oswego to install the officers of three Royal Arch Mason lodges.

Lake Ontario 165, Fulton 167 and Pulaski 279 were installed by Harry Frazer.

The officers installed as high priests were Ronald Bond from Lake Ontario 165, Tom Sawyer from Fulton 167 and Norman Kruth from Pulaski.

Visiting from the 20th Capitular District was David Constable.
