MEXICO, NY – The first Oswego County Substance Awareness Family Education Fair winner of the Apple iPod with case, ear buds and two $10 iTunes cards, was Sawyer Oakes, 6, of Parish.
Sawyer and Avery Oakes attended the SAFE Fair with their family, Karen and Greg Oakes.

The second event may be scheduled for May or June while school is in session, in order to reach more youth and families.
