Salon USA and other participating salons in Oswego County have been wearing the aprons throughout October in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month and to help spread the word about OCO’s Cancer Services Program Partnership / Breast Health Program and the free mammograms and breast exams that the program is offering for women who have limited or no health insurance on select dates throughout October.
