OSWEGO – The Oswego County Legislature recognized the Salvation Army’s Red Kettle Campaign Season at its November meeting.
This year’s campaign has set a goal of $85,000 to help Oswego County families and individuals in need.
All monies raised will remain local to fund soup kitchens and food pantries in Oswego and Fulton, as well as the Christmas program which supplies food baskets and children’s toys throughout the county.
Representatives from the Oswego County Salvation Army were at hand to receive the proclamation.
The Red Kettle Campaign continues through Saturday, Dec. 24, excluding Sundays.
