Sandy Creek Class of 2028 ready for kindergarten

Sandy Creek Central School District’s class of 2028 is ready to set course on another grade level after successful sailing throughout universal pre-kindergarten.

During a recent pre-kindergarten “sail-a-bration” ceremony, students showcased all they learned throughout the 2014-15 school year before a room full of proud family members and friends.

The students performed several songs during the ceremony and often broke into dance and laughter.

Pre-kindergarten teacher Julie McNitt presented each student with a portfolio full of their accomplishments from throughout the year, something the students can look back on as they continue their voyage through the halls of Sandy Creek Central School District.
