SYRACUSE, NY – Twenty six small businesses from a variety of industries, from landscaping to senior care, will be recognized during National Small Business Week at the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 18th Annual Small Business Excellence Awards luncheon in East Syracuse on May 6 at 11:30 a.m.
SBA, the New York Business Development Corporation, area lenders and economic developers will recognize these successful businesses at a luncheon and awards ceremony. The event will be emceed by WSYR’s news anchor Dan Cummings and held at The DoubleTree Hotel.
In addition to 25 Small Business Excellence award winners, SBA will recognize Binghamton, NY-based FreshySites, owner Ben Giordano with the 2016 Syracuse District Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for his company’s growth in sales, employees, and community contributions.
