Scheppard Graduates From Paul Smith’s College

PAUL SMITHS, NY – Edward Scheppard of Pulaski graduated from Paul Smith’s College in December 2016.

Scheppard earned a degree in Fisheries sciences and management from Paul Smith’s, which is located in the Adirondack Park in upstate New York.
