OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego High School Chamber Singers, under the direction of teacher Veronica Shaver, were recognized by the Oswego City School District Board of Education and the Superintendent of Schools at the recent board meeting.
The Chamber Singers recently earned a “Gold Medal” at the 2011 Heritage Music Festival and earned the privilege to perform next year at Carnegie Hall.
The singers surrounded the board table and provided a brief concert for members of the school board and administration.
