Senior Wii Bowling League Begins In Parish

You don’t need to rent shoes. You don’t have to know how to fill out the score sheet. You don’t even need a bowling ball. Wii bowling, an electronic version of the game in which a player uses a hand-held remote to send a virtual ball rolling down an alley on a television screen.

The Parish Senior Dining and Activity Center wants you to join us as we begin our senior Wii Bowling League. We will introduce seniors to the fun of bowling on the Wii gaming system on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 11 a.m. – noon at the site at 814 Rider Street. Stop in to find out what it is all about. The league should begin at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 5, and should last one hour. Whether you’re an expert Wii bowler or have never tried it before, come experience the fun of Wii bowling!
