Shirts n’ Skirts Honor Retiring Official

The Shirts ‘n Skirts Square Dance Club honored recently-retired Treasurer Janet Lockwood for 38 years of service at its ice cream night held on July 16. Janet, right, is shown receiving a plaque from Club President, Carol Newvine. The Club dances at the Fulton Municipal Building on Friday evenings and will begin classes for new dancers in September.
