Skinner Receives Izzo Writing Award At FPS

OSWEGO, NY – The Rose Izzo Writing Award was once again presented to a Fitzhugh Park Elementary School sixth grader.

Kelly Skinner was this year’s recipient.

Also recognized were Timothy Woodard and Mark Forger.

They are joined by Rose Izzo’s great-granddaughter FPS fourth grader Samantha Falcetti and Principal Donna Simmons.
