Spaces Remain For Summer Theatre Program

FULTON, NY – Approximately 10 spaces remain for Rising Stars Children’s Theatre’s summer theatre program in the city of Fulton.

The two-week long summer program is geared for children ages 6 to 18. Rehearsals begin Monday and continue until Aug. 1. Children will rehearse Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., on stage at the G. Ray Bodley High School.

The program will wrap up with three performances of “Seussical Jr.” Performances will be delivered at 7 p m., Aug. 1; and again at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m., Aug. 2.

Registrations will be accepted through today. The cost of the program will be $195 per child. For families enrolling more than one child, the cost of the second child’s registration will be $100 and $75 for the third child or more.

The fee covers the costs of instruction, programs, scripts, music and two free tickets to a performance. Children will be required to bring their lunches with them during the program. Videos of the performance will be available for purchase.

Child care will be available for an hour before and an hour after rehearsal times for a cost of $5 per hour, per child.
