On Tuesday, September 6, 2011, the Fulton City School District will conduct a special practice run for Kindergarten students. The buses will start their runs at approximately 8:00 a.m. and arrive at their respective schools at approximately 8:30 a.m. Upon arrival at the elementary schools, the bus driver will talk to the students about bus safety. The buses will begin the return trip at approximately 9:00 a.m. Parents are encouraged to accompany their children.
On Wednesday, September 7, the Kindergarten classroom orientation will be held in each building from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. Also on Wednesday, bus transportation will not be provided for the Kindergarten classroom orientation. Parents should plan to drive on Wednesday.
The first full day of school for Kindergarten students will be Thursday, September 8, 2011 with regular busing provided.
