Kaitlyn R. Sperduti, a senior Public Relations major and business minor at SUNY Oswego, has joined Chirello Advertising this fall as an intern, it was announced by Steve Chirello, owner.
Sperduti will be working on research, writing and production for advertising segments dealing with newspaper, magazine, brochures, video production, and web design. Within the public relations realm, Sperduti will be working on communication tactics and news releases.
“ A native of Liverpool, Kaitlyn will be working on market research for our clients in financial and retail arenas, copywriting, and assisting with public relations planning and implementation,” Chirello said. “We are delighted to have her spirit and enthusiasm for public relations and marketing here at Chirello Advertising.”
At SUNY Oswego, Sperduti is currently a member of Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA). As a PRSSA member, she works with social media, press releases, community involvement, faculty involvement, and club organization outreach.
Before joining Chirello Advertising, Sperduti completed an internship with the Walt Disney Company. During the four-month internship she worked with international students from all over the country and the world at Stands East, a multiple location outdoor food service located in the Magic Kingdom. Following completion of her bachelors degree at SUNY Oswego, Sperduti plans to apply for the Disney Professional Internship program as a Public Relations applicant and work for the Company once again.
