OSWEGO – The winner of a raffle for a beautiful handmade quilt, made by Marylou Brower with some help from fellow quilter Shirley King and generously donated to the St. Francis Commons Resident Council, is Tammy Holland.

Holland won the quilt in a drawing that took place on July 24.
The council raffled for the king-sized quilt and collected nearly $400 in proceeds as a result.
Thanks to both Marylou and Shirley for donating such a wonderful work of art on behalf of the residents at St. Francis Commons.
