OSWEGO –Staff at St. Luke Health Services were treated to a special surprise by James Tian and everyone at the Hong Kong Restaurant in Oswego – lunch on them!

Tian brought a variety of Chinese favorites, enough to accommodate the entire staff at St. Luke, who enjoyed the treat tremendously.
