Oswego, NY – Step One Creative, an Oswego-based advertising design and public relations firm, has introduced a new company logo and brand, according to Shane R. Stepien, agency president.
“We are very excited about the new look and feel for our firm,” said Stepien. “It’s very progressive, very strong, very fun, and very much us.”
The logo, which is highlighted by a modern, lower case black typeface and stylized red numeral “1” embedded in the letter “n” of the word one, replaces the companies previous 15-year-old brand.
“It was a perfect time for a change,” said Mark Proud, creative director at Step One. “The previous logo served our agency very well over the years, but we have a lot of new and exciting things happening with the agency, and we wanted a fresh design that reflects that.”
One of the most significant changes that will occur this upcoming December is the agency’s relocation to new offices at 317 West First Street, Suite 101, in the newly renovated Stevedore Lofts building in Oswego, New York.
“We see a ton of potential with the office space, and believe it will strongly complement the direction we are taking with our agency and brand,” said Stepien. “What a great exercise it has been for our staff designing the new space at the Stevedore, and rebranding our company at the same time.”
“Our team also greatly appreciates the partnership with Tim Stitt of MCK Building Associates, The Sutton Companies, MacKnight Architects, and others within their development team, that are making the transition to the Stevedore an easy one,” he added.
According to Stepien, the new offices are presently under construction and a mid-December move in date is anticipated. Additionally, Step One Creative’s internal and external marketing materials are presently being transitioned over to the new brand design – including their company website, collateral materials, etc.
“We are looking forward to all of positive changes for Step One in the coming months, and the many attributes that will directly benefit our existing client base, and others going forward,” Stepien said.
