OSWEGO – Stewart’s Shops recently donated $2,000 to support the Oswego County Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) program. Oswego County UAS Coordinator John McGraw said the funds will support equipment for the program’s command vehicle, which carries drones for deployment to public safety incidents throughout the county. Oswego County’s drone pilots support the sheriff’s department and law enforcement incidents, fire and search and rescue operations, and emergency management damage assessments, among others. Pictured is McGraw accepting the donation from Desiree Depasquale, a member of Stewart’s Shops district staff.
