FULTON, NY – The Fulton City School District, in partnership with Oswego County Opportunities, Fulton YMCA, Pinnacle, and First Step Universal Pre-K, is once again offering a Universal Pre-Kindergarten program for children in the Fulton community.

Fairgrieve, Granby, Lanigan, and Volney elementary schools each operate a morning and an afternoon UPK program for children who are or will be turning four years old on or before December 1, 2015 and are residents of the Fulton City School District.
Students enrolled in the UPK program participate in activities including literacy, math/science, art, library, blocks/manipulatives, puzzles/games, sand/water, writing and computers.
The UPK program is funded through a grant from the New York State Education Department and is offered at no cost to district residents.
The program is currently accepting applications for the 2015-16 school year.
