As a way to celebrate before, during and after the school’s varsity football homecoming game, Fulton’s G. Ray Bodley High School Student Senate will host its first-ever “Red Raider Rally” on Sept. 27 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The rally will begin with a parade of athletes at 11 a.m., followed by family-friendly activities at the high school’s athletic complex, which will run through the start of the football game at 1 p.m.
Available activities will include face painting, nail and hair art, balloon animals, a dunk tank, temporary tattoos, a disc jockey, a slide and bounce house and Red Raider apparel and “spirit gear.”
The rally will also include food, such as hotdogs, chicken wings, pizza, fried Oreos and funnel cakes.
A student band will play after the game, and a semi-formal dance will follow from 7 to 10 p.m.
