Sunshine Parade For All Ages At St. Luke Campus

OSWEGO – The third annual “Sunshine Parade” took place on the St. Luke Health Services campus recently as residents of both Bishop’s Commons and St. Luke enjoyed participants of all ages march in celebration of the summer sun.

Participants in the parade included the Fulton VFW Post 569, the Oswego Fire Department, The Oswego Children’s Theatre, the Twin Magicians, New Horizons Band, all classes at Little Lukes, classic cars, Bishop’s Commons young volunteers, Sodexho Food Services, Santa and the Easter Bunny.

The parade concluded with popsicles and cold water provided by Sodexho in effort to encourage hydration for all ages during the warmer weather.

The event is just one of many intergenerational programs that are offered to those served on the St. Luke campus.
