SUNY Canton Recognizes Area President’s List Students

CANTON, NY – Area students were recently named to the President’s List for outstanding academic achievement during the spring 2013 semester at SUNY Canton.

“Congratulations to our President’s List students for the Spring Term 2013! The Provost, deans, faculty and I are very proud of the way you applied your best efforts to the semester’s coursework,” said SUNY Canton Acting President Joseph C. Hoffman. “The work ethic and the enthusiasm for learning you develop here at the college will serve you well in your professional careers after graduation.”

To receive President’s List honors, full-time students must earn a semester grade point average of 3.75 or higher on a 4.0 scale.

Jacob Halsey a SUNY Canton Criminal Investigation major from Lacona, NY, 13083. Halsey is a 2011 graduate of Sandy Creek Central School.

Devin D. Whalen a SUNY Canton Sports Management major from Minetto, NY, 13115. Whalen is a 2012 graduate of Oswego High School.

Timothy B. Bulger a SUNY Canton Electrical Engineering Technology major from Oswego, NY, 13126. Bulger is a 2001 graduate of Massena Central High School.

Courtney M. Allen a SUNY Canton Veterinary Services Management major from Pulaski, NY, 13142. Allen is a 2009 graduate of Pulaski Academy and Central School.

Marie C. Mason a SUNY Canton Physical Therapist Assistant major from Pulaski, NY, 13142. Mason is a 2011 graduate of Sandy Creek Central School.

Karina L. DeCarolis a SUNY Canton Criminal Justice major from Sandy Creek, NY, 13145. DeCarolis is a 2012 graduate of Sandy Creek Central School.
