OSWEGO — SUNY Oswego’s Tyler Art Gallery will hold a free public reception from 5 to 7 p.m. Aug. 7 for master of arts candidate Meaghan Mulligan

Mulligan is a graphic artist whose thesis exhibition will focus on web design and the challenge of keeping up with current trends and practices.
Mulligan’s installation, “The Missing Bracket,” will focus on explaining the design documents and steps that go into making a website, as well as responsive design, new practices in web typography and other tips and tricks of web design.
The Albany resident also will show two-dimensional prints and digital designs.
