OSWEGO, NY – When bagging up your recycable cans and bottles this fall, consider making the simple donation in support of the Oswego County Austim Task Force.
OCATF had partnered up with Great Lakes Recycling to accept donations in their name at the rate of 7 cents per can or bottle.
“We are fortunate that the community has continued to support our efforts to enhance the lives of those touched by Autism in Oswego County,” Julie Chetney, OCATF chair noted. “Every little bit really does count when serving families and children with Autism so any donation of recyclables in our name to Great Lakes will help our cause.”
Great Lakes is excited about supporting OCATF and is planning special promotions with the task force in the future to support families touched by Autism in Oswego County.
Great Lakes is located at 181 Gardenier Road and recently increased the pay back from 5 1/2 cents to 7 cents per can or bottle.
