OSWEGO, NY – Representatives from Oswego County Opportunities’ Youth and Family Services Division participated in the third annual Oswego County Youth Forum held Oct. 27 at the Oswego Elks Lodge.
The event served as an opportunity for youth service providers to share information on their programs and learn more about the many youth services and programs that exist in Oswego County.
