OSWEGO, NY – Looking for some fun for your child and family this summer?
The Oswego City County Youth Bureau, in partnership with the Oswego County AmeriCorps Program, is sponsoring the second Family Fun Tennis Carnival.
Bring your child and family to the Tennis Carnival for three great hours of fun, sun, and prizes.
The carnival is being held at the Oswego High School tennis courts, 2 Buccaneer Blvd., on Aug. 1 from noon until 3 p.m.
This carnival is for children ranging from five to 12 years of age.
Each child must be accompanied by at least one adult over the age of 18.
All people that come with a child within this age range are more than welcome to participate.
The carnival will include several different tennis themed games such as tennis bowling, relay races, tennis shoot-out, and various target games.
Please bring water and wear sneakers and sunscreen.
All tennis racquets will be provided by the USTA program through the Oswego City County Youth Bureau.
AmeriCorps members Leigh Bergman and James Evans are running this year’s carnival.
