On behalf of the Fulton Lions Club, we wanted to thank everyone who supported our annual White Cane Days May 5-6. Thanks to your donations, we were able to raise more than $600 that will go directly toward providing eye exams, eyeglasses and hearing aids to the people of Fulton. This year, the Fulton Lions Club has provided more than $5,000 in support to the visually and hearing impaired in our community. We are grateful to Mike Hardesty of Walmart, John Struppler of Struppler’s Shur Fine Market and to Frank Badagnani of the Fulton Medicine Place for allowing us to use their businesses as donation locations. We also want to say a special “thank you” to all the Fulton Lions who worked the event and represented us so splendidly.
Steve & Leo Chirello,
White Cane Days Co-chairs
