The Ancient Order of Hibernians to Host their 3rd Annual Clam Bake August 15

Oswego’s own, Dean Michael Barry Division 1 of Ancient Order of Hibernians, will be hosting their third annual Clam Bake, on Saturday August 15 from Noon till? held on the club house grounds, located at 1 Munn Street, in Oswego.

The event is open to the public, and features a full menu, with ticket prices ranging from $35 for members of the club to $40 for guests. No Coolers please.

The cut off date for presale tickets is Saturday August 8. For tickets and information call 315-343-9810.

Proceeds of the clam bake will be used to support the club and the many community projects the club also supports, including the Leprechaun league basketball program, Trinity Catholic School, Girl Scout cookie sales and the Oswego Children’s Theater. The club’s mission is best reflected in its motto “Friendship, Unity, and Christian Charity.”

The Dean Michael Barry Division 1 of the AOH was founded in Oswego, in 1903. Membership in the club is open to practicing Roman Catholics that are Irish by birth or descent. The Division also welcomes others to apply as social members.

The Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians, or LAOH, meets in the same building and membership is open to Practicing Roman Catholic woman of Irish by birth or descent. missing or outdated ad config
