OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego City Band will present a concert of Musicals, and Exuberance on August 10 at 7 p.m. at Breitbeck Park.
Musical selections from the classic The King and I and South Pacific by Richard Rodgers and Arlen and Harburg’s The Wizard of Oz will delight the audience with memorable tunes.
Trombone soloist Steve Chirello will be featured on Sammy Nestico’s jazz influenced Reflective Moods.
Exciting and bombastic music including Holst’s Mars, Franz von Suppe’s Poet and Peasant Overture, Arnold’s Prelude, Siciliano and Rondo and marches by Sousa will energize the audience.
