‘Thursday Artists’ Continue During August

OSWEGO, NY – The Lakeside Artisans will continue its “Thursday Artists” interactive arts activities program through the month of August.

These activities will take place during the Oswego Farmers’ Market, from 5 – 7 p.m., at the artists’ co-op and gallery in Canal Commons.

For the month of August the following activities will be offered:

  • papermaking with Michele Southgate on Aug. 4
  • scrap paper collages with Michele Southgate on Aug. 11
  • leaf and nature printing with Cindy Schmidt on Aug. 18
  • jewelry making with Sharon Terry on Aug. 25.

Lakeside Artisans is an artists’ cooperative located in Canal Commons at 193 W. First St.

They are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday, until 8 p.m. on Thursdays during the farmers’ market and noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
