FULTON, NY – The annual Toys For Tots campaign has teamed with Catholic Charities of Oswego County and the Children’s Fund to help provide less fortunate children in Oswego County with the joy of opening a toy on Christmas morning.

Children’s Fund, originally established by employees of the Oswego County Department of Social Services, has forged a partnership with United Way of Greater Oswego, Catholic Charities of Oswego County, and other agencies including Toys for Tots to consolidate their efforts and see to it that children in need in Oswego County have a memorable Christmas.
“Toys for Tots provided a real boost to the Children’s Fund,” said Helen Hoefer, supervisor of Emergency Services at Catholic Charities. “They recently delivered a whole truck full of toys and it couldn’t have come at a more opportune time. We are doing the best we can to meet the tremendous demand this year and their generous donation will go far to help make a lot of children very happy come Christmas morning.”
For more information or to make a donation to the Children’s Fund, contact Hoefer at Catholic Charities at 315-598-3980 or Carol Lee at DSS at 315-963-5246.
Catholic Charities of Oswego County serves all people in need regardless of their religious affiliation.
