Trinity Playground Project Planned

OSWEGO – The families at Trinity Catholic School are finalizing design plans for the school’s new playground.

Portions of the current playground no longer meet safety codes and therefore need to be replaced.

The students and families held several fundraisers and with the help of donations from area businesses, organizations and individuals are on track for a spring installation.

The school will hold its third annual Turkey Trot on Nov. 19 at the Hibernians.

This family friendly 5K Walk/Run will start at noon with a kids Gobble Waddle and the race beginning at 12:30 p.m.

All proceeds from this event will benefit the playground fund.

Dr. Ed and Mary Ann Galvin from Port City Chiropractic are the major sponsors for this event.
