OSWEGO – The residents of St. Luke Health Services enjoyed a morning of jazz and patriotic music, thanks to the US Navy band “Rhode Island Soundâ€, which is in town as part of the annual Harborfest celebrations!
The Rhode Island Sound, composed of active duty members of the Navy, performed a variety of jazzy selections and patriotic favorites that had residents singing and swaying to the music.
“Each year, with the help of Harborfest, we are able to welcome to St. Luke entertainers who will be performing at the event,†said Greg Osetek, Director of Community Relations. â€The Navy band was a great choice for our residents, their performance was first class and many of our veterans appreciate these ties to our armed forces.â€
