OSWEGO, NY – The annual Oswego City School District Festival of the Arts will be conducted this Saturday (April 27) at the Oswego High School cafeteria.
The four-hour event begins at noon.

Last year it attracted hundreds of children, parents, grand parents, fellow students and interested community members.
Artwork and music will fill the cafeteria throughout the afternoon.
Art Team Leader Linda Shannon said, “There will be art displays of students from kindergarten through seniors in high school. The music department has joined us and will provide a wide variety of performances throughout the afternoon.”
Not only will there be art displays, but also numerous participation events for children as a variety of hands-on activities which will allow youngsters to “make and take” their creations.
Music teacher Paul Brewster noted, “Currently we have several events planned and beginning at 12:30 p.m. the Oswego Middle School strings will perform followed by music students from Charles E.Riley, Minetto strings, OMS Band students, CER vocalists, OMS vocal performances and the day will be capped with music from Con Brio.”
There is no admission fee for this annual event.
