Julie Welch, commercial lines manager at Eastern Shore Associates Insurance, was promoted to assistant vice president, commercial lines, it was announced by Martha Murray, president.
“Julie has provided invaluable expertise for our commercial insurance customers, “ Murray said. “Especially in the area of construction risk, which makes her a great internal resource for ESA as well.”
Welch, located in the Fulton office, is a licensed insurance broker for ESA, holds the Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist certification and earned the professional insurance designation Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter by the American institute for CPCU in 2011.
She resides in Baldwinsville, has worked at ESA for 10 years and has more than 17 years in the insurance industry.

In addition, they offer financial planning and risk management services.
