Alderman Bob Weston has scheduled a Third Ward committee meeting for Wednesday, October 1, 7:00 p.m. at Lanigan School’s Media Center.
The guest speaker is Emma BeIcher, daughter of Wes and Nancy Belcher. Emma spent some of the summer in China. I thought it would be very interesting to have the family there to have Emma talk about her experiences and for us to ask questions that would enable us to better understand the country, its customs and lifestyle. I would encourage everyone to attend. The public is always invited to attend.
As always, I will reserve time to answer any questions regarding city operations and any new developments.
