World War II, Korean War Veterans’ Memories To Be Highlighted

VOLNEY – On April 23 at 2 p.m., the Town of Volney History Center will host a presentation and slideshow by Jim Farfaglia.

Farfaglia will read excerpts from the many memoirs that were written by veterans, their spouses and/or their children.

The slideshow features several of the memoirists in the telling of their experiences and stories.

This stirring event will be at the Volney town hall, intersection of County Route 6 and State Route 3, Volney Center.

Veterans and family are encouraged to come and share their experiences.

The event is free and the public is invited.
