Dr. Pamela Cox has been appointed associate dean of the SUNY Oswego School of Business.
Previously an associate professor of management at SUNY Oswego, Cox brings extensive curricular and international experience to the position. She has a doctorate in business administration from Syracuse University, a master in business administration degree from SUNY Binghamton, and a bachelor’s degree in English and fine arts from Colgate University.
Cox coordinated Oswego’s “Gateway to Business” course from 1999 to 2003 and is the co-author of a textbook used in the course. Her research interests are in the area of higher education pedagogy and international ethics.
Oswego’s School of Business is accredited by the prestigious AACSB International — the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. It offers bachelor’s degrees in management accounting, public accounting, business administration, finance, human resource management, marketing, and operations management and information systems, plus two business minors.
