Do This Tonight: Fulton’s Christmas Tree Lighting

The city of Fulton kicks off the holiday season tonight with the annual Christmas Tree Lighting Jubilee.

The event takes place across from the Fulton Municipal Building on S. 1st St.  Events begin at 5:00 p.m.

The city’s official Christmas tree will be lit.  There will also be free donuts, hot chocolate, and candy available.  Santa will arrive and kids can have their pictures taken with him.

Local school music groups and the Canfield family will provide entertainment inside the Community Room of the Municipal Building.  Kids will be able to have their faces painted and to make small crafts.

People are encouraged to bring a new, unwrapped toy to donate to Toys For Tots.  The Marine Corps League will accept donations for the annual effort at the event.
